It is amusing to me at times, the corporate mentality to fight with it’s customers. BBC has another article regarding DRM, this time talking about Digg and a user posted HD DVD hack. The last paragraph I hope is true: “It will also spark a fresh debate on how far user-generated content can be censored.” [...]

Google just released iGoogle, along with their gadget maker, which allows anyone to make their own gadgets to share with friends on personalized homepages (the new part is the gadget maker). If you haven’t already done so, check it out.

In a perfect example of antiquated copyright processes, WKRP in Cincinnati is being released on DVD today with muzak being central to the soundtrack, not classics like the rolling stones, talking heads, pink floyd and the like. I suggest a boycott of this release. Read more at the long tail and wikipedia. Shame, damn shame.
