I agree with your writings, and I find it sad that an environmental initiative brings out this kind of stupidity. Brian, I don't believe this kind of action is due to the 4 year terms in Canada, considering the fact a government can stay in office as long as they are elected. I'm amazed that Baird spent months (and $$$) researching why the targets were impossible rather than actually spending that time figuring out what targets were possible, and how to achieve them.
